Summer is in full swing, and while the sun may be shining, we’ve been hard at work indoors, crafting something truly unique—a black-and-white Twilight Zone pinball machine! This project has garnered plenty of attention, even before completion, and we’re thrilled to share our progress with you.

Perfecting the Playfield
When we last updated, we had just received our black-and-white playfield from the printer. While it initially looked great, we noticed a slight fuzziness at the top of the playfield—an issue that wouldn’t meet our high standards. To fix this, we sanded the surface down and had it reprinted.
The result? A flawlessly sharp design that we couldn’t be happier with! To protect this masterpiece and ensure durability, we added an automotive-grade clear coat. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also provides the toughness needed for an active pinball machine.
Assembly in Progress
With the playfield complete, the next step is assembly—a meticulous process that takes time, especially since this is a side project for us. Despite our packed schedule of delivering, repairing, and shopping out pinball machines for customers, we’ve made significant headway.
Some key updates:
•Many parts and stickers have already been painted or printed.
•We’re waiting on the plastics, which are essential for completing the build.
Rest assured, we’re giving this project the love and attention it deserves, and our goal is to finish within the next two to three months.
