Shipping conditions: Delivery/shipping of Pinball Machines is possible World Wide
Payment
We offer you the following options to pay for the ordered goods:

Cash on pickup

Prepayment via bank transfer (you will receive an invoice from us after ordering, which must then be paid to the specified account – you will find our account details on the invoice)

Paypal – for purchase values between €25 and €250, a Paypal payment is possible directly in the shop. Payment with Paypal is also possible for amounts over €250, but then a fee of 3% of the gross value of the goods applies. If you would like to use this form of payment, select payment by bank transfer when completing your order and let us know in a separate email that you would like to pay via Paypal instead. We will then issue you with an invoice for the goods you ordered + shipping costs + Paypal fees.

Due to their size and weight, ordered Pinball machines will be delivered by freight forwarder .
The delivery time for new machines depends on availability and will be agreed with you individually. Machines that are immediately available are usually shipped 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.
Of course, you are also welcome to collect your goods from us yourself! If you would like to collect your goods yourself, please contact us by phone or Whatsapp: +49 176 8864 2287 or by email: sales@pingballmachineeurope.eu.com so that we can arrange an appointment together. If you collect your goods yourself, we will of course not charge you any shipping costs. We are also always happy to meet our customers in person.
We also offer a personal delivery service on request . We deliver your machine directly to your home and help you with handling and assembly. Once the machine is successfully in its desired location, we will give you a short introduction and the fun can begin. Please contact us for prices and scheduling.
Products from our online shop that do not need to be shipped via a freight forwarder will be sent to you .
Shipping Information
We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs. Below is an overview of the various options for common game room products. Please note that some items are only available with curbside delivery. Each product page on our website includes detailed shipping options under the “Shipping Information” tab. Pricing is weight-based and calculated at checkout. For all shipping methods, the delivery address must be accessible by an 18-wheeler freight truck. If a smaller truck is required, please indicate this when placing your order. We recommend inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damages to us in the presence of the delivery personnel.
Shipping Method Definitions:
Curbside Delivery
Weight-based pricing. Item(s) will be delivered in their box, on a pallet, and dropped off in a driveway or wheeled into a garage (as long as there are no steps or a gravel driveway). For commercial deliveries, the item(s) will be dropped off in front of the building or delivered to a loading dock.
Inside Delivery, No Assembly – 18 Wheeler Accessible
Weight-based pricing. Item(s) will be brought into the home or building and placed in the room of choice. Items will not be unboxed, unwrapped, or assembled. If stairs are involved, please indicate this during checkout.
Inside Delivery, No Assembly – 18 Wheeler NOT Accessible
Weight-based pricing, plus a 400Euro small truck fee. Item(s) will be delivered inside the home or building and placed in the room of choice. Items will not be unboxed, unwrapped, or assembled. If stairs are involved, please indicate this during checkout.
Inside Delivery, With Assembly – 18 Wheeler Accessible
Weight-based pricing. Item(s) will be brought into the home or building and placed in the room of choice. Up to 30 minutes of light assembly will be provided. For pinball machines, this includes attaching the legs and hinging the backbox but not installing the balls. If stairs are involved, please indicate this during checkout.

Delivery estimates are subject to change based on payment method, product availability, and the shipping company’s turnaround times. Generally, deliveries can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. In-stock items typically ship promptly, while refurbished items may require cleaning and testing before shipment.
