Shipping Conditions

At Pinball Machine Europe, we proudly ship our pinball machines and arcade products worldwide. Most of our products are shipped directly from our USA Branch Warehouse in Newark, Delaware, allowing us to serve both domestic and international customers quickly and efficiently.

Payment Options

We offer several secure and convenient payment methods:

• Cash on Pickup – Pay in cash when collecting your machine directly from our warehouse.

• Prepayment via Bank Transfer – After placing your order, you’ll receive an invoice with our bank details. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped.

• PayPal – For purchase values between €25 and €250, PayPal payments can be made directly in our shop. For amounts above €250, a 3% fee of the gross value applies. If you’d like to pay via PayPal for higher amounts, please choose “Bank Transfer” at checkout and notify us separately by email. We will then issue you an updated invoice including shipping costs and PayPal fees.

Shipping Costs & Methods

Due to their size and weight, pinball machines are delivered via freight forwarder. From our Newark, Delaware warehouse, we offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs:

Shipping Options:

• Curbside Delivery – Item(s) are delivered on a pallet to your driveway or garage (if accessible).

• Inside Delivery, No Assembly (18-Wheeler Accessible) – Item(s) brought inside and placed in your chosen room, but not unboxed or assembled.

• Inside Delivery, No Assembly (18-Wheeler NOT Accessible) – Same as above, but with a €400 small truck surcharge.

• Inside Delivery, With Assembly (18-Wheeler Accessible) – Includes light assembly (up to 30 minutes). For pinball machines, this means attaching the legs and setting up the backbox.

• Inside Delivery, With Assembly (18-Wheeler NOT Accessible) – Same as above, but with a €400 small truck surcharge.

We also offer a personal delivery service on request, where we bring the machine directly to your home, assist with setup, and provide a short introduction before you start playing. Contact us for pricing and scheduling.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on product availability and location. In-stock machines are usually shipped within 3–5 working days after payment is received. Refurbished or special-order items may take longer, as they undergo detailed inspection and testing before shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the freight company, payment method, and destination. Expedited options may be available upon request.

Pickup Option

If you prefer, you are welcome to collect your order directly from our Newark warehouse by appointment. Simply contact us to schedule a pickup time. Customers who pick up their machines in person save on shipping costs and get the chance to meet us directly.
